Amendment of Ci . Code. Chapter 21 of the City Code of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, adopted December 18, 1996 as amended, is hereby amended to add Section 21655.42 — PUD 83-1 (PARKERS LAKE): Amendment for Productivity, Inc. for Lot 1, Block 1, Parkers Lake Corporate Center 2„d Addition and for Lot 1, Block 1, Parkers Lake Corporate Center 6th Addition, as follows: 21655.42 PUD 83-1 (PARKERS LAKE): AMENDMENT FOR PRODUCTIVITY, INC. FOR LOT 1, BLOCK 1, PARKERS LAKE CORPORATE CENTER 2ND ADDITION AND FOR LOT 1, BLOCK 1, PARKERS LAKE CORPORATE CENTER 6TH ADDITION: Subd. 1. Legal Description. The property affected by this PUD amendment is legally described as follows: Lot 1, Block 1, Parkers Lake Corporate Center 2"d Addition, Hennepin County, Minnesota; AND Lot 1, Block 1, Parkers Lake Corporate Center 6th Addition, Hennepin County, Minnesota. Subd. 2. Incorporated herein by reference are the PUD General Plan Amendment plans received by the City from Pope Associates, Inc. on behalf of Productivity, Inc. on May 21, 2007, June 12, 2007, and June 13, 2007, except as may be amended by City Council Resolution 2007-277, on file in the Office of the Zoning Administrator under File 2007037. Subd. 3. Development Standards. Development standards shall be as indicated on the approved plans received by the City on May 21, 2007, June 12, 2007, and June 13, 2007, except as may be amended by City Council Resolution 2007-277, on file in the Office of the Zoning Administrator under File 2007037. Ordinance No. 2007-14 (2007037) Page 2 Section 2. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its passage.
