AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 21 (ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE CITY
CODE TO CLASSIFY CERTAIN LAND PRESENTLY ADDRESSED AS 3120 DUNKIRK
LANE NORTH (2007002)
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS:
Section 1. Amendment of Cites. Chapter 21 of the City Code of the City of
Plymouth, Minnesota, is hereby amended by changing the classification on the City of Plymouth
Zoning Map from FRD (Future Restricted Development) to RSF-1 (Single Family Detached 1)
with respect to roughly five acres of land, legally described as follows:
The South 436 feet of the West 500 feet of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter
of Section 20, Township 118, Range 22, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
Section 2. Effective Date. This amendment shall take effect immediately upon its
passage.
ADOPTED by the City Council on April 24, 2007.
