HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Ordinance 2007-02CITY OF PLYMOUTH HENNEPIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA ORDINANCE NO 2007-02 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 305 OF THE PLYMOUTH CITY CODE RELATING TO BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS: Section 1. Amendment of the City Code. Section 305.05, Subd. 2, of the Plymouth City Code is hereby amended to read as follows: Subd. 2. Membership. The Park and Recreation Advisory Commission consists of seven nine members appointed in the manner set forth in this subsection. One member of the Commission is to be appointed from each ward in the City. Three members of the Commission are appointed from the City at large. Section 305.11, Subd. 2, of the Plymouth City Code is hereby amended to read as follows: Subd. 2. Membership.
