HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Ordinance 2008-25CITY OF PLYMOUTH HENNEPIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA ORDINANCE NO. 2008-25 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 21 (ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE CITY CODE CONCERNING AN AMENDMENT TO THE TRILLIUM WOODS PUD LOCATED NEAR THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE INTERSECTION OF COUNTY ROAD 47 AND JUNEAU LANE (2008085) THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS: Section 1. Amendment of City Code. Chapter 21 of the City Code of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, adopted December 18, 1996 as amended, is hereby amended by adding and deleting language to add Section 21655.43 - Trillium Woods PUD, as follows: 21655.43 TRILLIUM WOODS PUD: Subd. 1. Legal Description. This PUD is currently legally described as referenced in Resolution 2007-441 on file in the Office of the Zoning Administrator under File 2007066. Subd. 2. Incorporated herein by reference are the Trillium Woods PUD plans received by the City on August 1 and 28, 2007, except as may be amended by City Council Resolution 2007-441, on file in the Office of the Zoning Administrator under File 2007066 and the Trillium Woods PUD amendment plans received by the City on August 28 and September 11, 18, and 22, 2008, except as may be amended by City Council Resolution 2008 , on file in the Office of the Zoning Administrator under File 2008085. Subd. 3. Allowable Uses. The allowable uses o., Blee,, , rot , (14 and 16 unit str- ,aures) and Bleu, 3 are any permitted or accessory uses allowed in the RMF -4 zoning district plus skilled nursing care center; with -assisted living and dwellings gs an assisted living dwell;.."'.ementia care facilities. Additional accessory uses may include private facilities and services directed toward the residents of Trillium Woods necessary to support the residential units, including, but not limited to, private wellness or fitness facilities, convenience food or retail sales, barber/hair salon, dining facilities, auditoriums, administrative offices, etc. All of the uses listed above shall be considered "permitted" uses in the PUD, provided they comply with all the development standards and conditions approved by City Council Resolution Ordinance 2008-25 2008085 Page 2 2007-441, on file in the Office of the Zoning Administrator under File 2007066 and City Council Resolution 2008- , on file in the Office of the Zoning Administrator under File 2008085. Subd. 4. Development Standards. Development standards shall be as approved on the PUD General Plan approved by City Council Resolution 2007-441, on file in the Office of the Zoning Administrator under File 2007066 and City, Council Resolution 2008- , on file in the Office of the Zoning Administrator under File 2008085.
