ORDINANCE NO. 2008-21
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 21 OF THE CITY CODE TO AMEND THE
SHOPS AT PLYMOUTH CREEK PUD FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 3245 VICKSBURG
LANE NORTH (2008044)
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS:
Section 1. Amendment of City Code. Chapter 21 of the City Code of the City of
Plymouth, Minnesota is hereby amended by adding language to Section 21655.34 as follows:
21655.34 SHOPS AT PLYMOUTH CREEK PUD:
Subd. 1. Legal Description. This PUD is legally described as Lots 1-6, Block 1,
Shops at Plymouth Creek, Hennepin County, Minnesota. (Amended by Ord. No. 2006-04,
02/07/06)
Subd. 2. Incorporated herein by reference are the Shops at Plymouth Creek PUD
plans received by the City on October 1, 2004, except as may be amended by City Council
Resolution 2004-477, on file in the Office of the Zoning Administrator under File 2004112.
Subd. 3. Allowable Uses. The uses permitted in this PUD shall include the
following:
• Lot 1 — A Home Improvement Store.
• Lots 2 through 5 — All Retail Uses allowable in the C-4 District, except that convenience
(fast) food restaurants, as defined by the Zoning Ordinance, that include drive through service
shall be prohibited.
• Lot 6 — A Senior Housing Building or Daycare Center.
Subd. 4. Development Standards. Development standards shall be as indicated on
the approved PUD General Plans, except as may be amended by City Council Resolution 2004-
477, on file in the Office of the Zoning Administrator under File 2004112, and the PUD si tg ire
amendment plan for M & I Bank received by the City on May 217 2008, except as may be
amended by City Council Resolution 2008-****, and on file in the Office of the Zoning
Administrator under File 2008044.

Section 2. Effective Date. This amendment shall take effect immediately upon its
passage.
