ORDINANCE NO. 2008-06
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 21 (ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE CITY
CODE TO CLASSIFY CERTAIN LAND LOCATED AT 4155 ZACHARY LANE (2007098)
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS:
Section 1. Amendment of Cites. Chapter 21 of the City Code of the City of
Plymouth, Minnesota, is hereby amended by changing the classification on the City of Plymouth
Zoning Map from RSF-1 (Single Family Detached 1) to P -I (Public/Istitutional) with respect to
roughly four acres of land, legally described as follows:
The east 269.53 feet of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter lying south of Old
Rockford Road, excluding roads, in Section 14, Township 118, Range 22, Hennepin
County, Minnesota.
Section 2. Effective Date. This amendment shall take effect immediately upon its
passage.
ADOPTED by the City Council on March 11, 2008.
