ORDINANCE NO. 2008-02
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 10
OF THE PLYMOUTH CITY CODE
REGARDING CASH FEE PAYMENT IN LIEU
OF LAND DEDICATION
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Section 1015.23, Subd. 5 of the Plymouth City Code is hereby
amended as follows:
Subd. 5. Cash Fee Payment in Lieu of Land Dedication. Undeveloped land
value shall be used to determine the cash payment required in lieu of land dedication up
to a maximum cash payment of $6,989 6 500per dwelling unit for residential
development or $ 50D 8 000 per acre for commercial/industrial development or

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be effective February 1, 2008.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota this 22nd day
of January, 2008.
