ORDINANCE NO. 2010-16
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 21 (ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE CITY CODE TO
AMEND THE ELM CREEK HIGHLANDS PUD FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE NORTHEAST
CORNER OF PEONY LANE AND SCHMIDT LAKE ROAD (2010047)
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS:
Section 1. Amendment of City Code. Chapter 21 of the city code of the City of
Plymouth, Minnesota, is hereby amended by adding language to section 21655.48 — Elm Creek
Highlands, as follows:

Subd. 1. Legal Description. This PUD is currently legally described as follows:
Lots 1-9, Block 1 Elm Creek Highlands, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
Lots 1-24, Block 1 and Lots 1-20, Block 2 and Outlot A Elm Creek Highlands Second
Addition, Hennepin County, Minnesota
Subd. 2. Incorporated herein by reference are the Elm Creek Highlands plans
received by the Ccity on August 6, 14, and 20, 2009, except as may be amended by City Council
Resolution 2009-250, on file in the Aoffice of the Zzoning Aadministrator under Efile 2009046

and the Elm Creek Hi ands t ,plans received by the city on May 27 and July 6, 2010, except Forma
as may be amendment by City Council Resolution 2010 - 216, on file in the office of the zoning
administrator under file 2010047.
Subd. 3. Allowable Uses. The allowable uses are any permitted or accessory uses
allowed in the RSF-3 zoning district. These uses shall be considered "permitted" in the PUD,
provided they comply with all the development standards and conditions approved by City
Council Resolution 2009-250, on file in the Goffice of the Zzoning Aadministrator under Ffile
2009046.
Subd. 4. Development Standards. Development standards shall be as indicated on
the PUD general plan approved by City Council Resolution 2009-250, on file in the Goffice of
the Zzoning Azdministrator under Ffile 2009046.
Section 3. Effective Date. This amendment shall take effect immediately upon its
passage.
