AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 21 (ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE CITY CODE TO
CLASSIFY CERTAIN LAND LOCATED NORTH OF SCHMIDT LAKE ROAD AND JEWEL LANE

THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS:
Section 1. Amendment of City Code. Chapter 21 of the city code of the City of
Plymouth, Minnesota, is hereby amended by changing the classification on the City of Plymouth
zoning map from FRD (Future Restricted Development) to RSF-3 (Single Family Detached 3)
with respect to the 24.2 -acre area of the 31.1 acre site, presently legally described as follows:
Parcel One
The North 336 feet of the South 2018.6 feet of the West 672 feet of the West half of the
Northwest Quarter, Section 8, Township 118, Range 22, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
