ORDINANCE N0. 2010-14
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 21100 OF THE PLYMOUTH CITY CODE
REGARDING EXPANSION OF NONCONFORMING BUILDINGS (2010062)
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Amendment. Section 21100.02, Subd. 6 (c) (1) of the Plymouth City Code
(non -conforming buildings, structures, uses and lots/ general provisions/ non -conforming
buildings and structures/ expansion of non -conforming buildings and structures) is amended as
follows:
(1) Administrative Permit. Lawful
non -conforming single- and two-family dwellings and related accessoiybuildings
and structures found to be non -conforming only by reason of height, yard setback,
or lot area may be appr-eved-expanded through the administrative permit process
subject to the provisions of Section 21025 of this Chapter, provided that the

minimum required structure setback from lot lines shall be either the existing

SECTION 2. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon its
passage.
