ORDINANCE NO. 2010-13
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 21 (ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE CITY CODE TO
CLASSIFY CERTAIN LAND LOCATED AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE INTERSECTION
OF JUNEAU LANE AND COUNTY ROAD 47 (2010041
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS:
Section 1. Amendment of City Code. Chapter 21 of the City Code of the City of
Plymouth, Minnesota, is hereby amended by changing the classification on the City of Plymouth
zoning map from FRD (future restricted development) to RSF-3 (single family detached 3) with
respect to the 28 -acre parcel, presently legally described as follows:
The North 295.95 feet of the West 716 feet of the South 626.40 feet of the West %2 of the
Northeast '/4 of Section 4, Township 118, North Range 22, West of the 5th Principal
Meridian, Hennepin County, Minnesota. Also that part of the North 330.45 feet of the
South 660.90 feet of the West %2 of the Northeast '/4 lying East of the West 716.0 feet
thereof, in Section 4, Township 118, Range 22.

That part of the East 324.00 feet of the West Half of the Northeast Quarter of Section 4,
Township 118 North, Range 22, West of the Fifth Principal Meridian, Hennepin County,
Minnesota, lying North of the South 660.90 feet and South of the centerline of County
Road No. 47, Except therefrom that part of the West '/Z described as follows: Beginning
at a point on the East line of said West '/z of the Northeast'/4 of Section 4, Township 118,
Range 22, distant 1747.23 feet South of the North line of said Northeast 1/4; thence West
at right angles to the East line thereof a distance of 184.00 feet to the actual point of
beginning of the land to be hereinafter described; thence continuing West along said land
described course a distance of 140.00 feet; thence at right angles North to the center line
of County Road 47; thence Easterly along the centerline of said County Road to a point
on a line drawn North and parallel with the East line of said West '/2 of Northeast '/4 from
the actual point of beginning; thence South along said last described line to the point of
beginning.

West of the 5th Principal Meridian, Hennepin County, Minnesota, described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the East line of said West 1/2 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 4,
Township 118, Range 22, distant 1747.23 feet South of the North line of said Northeast
1/4; thence West at right angles to the East line thereof of distance of 324 feet; thence at
right angles North to the center line of County Road 47; thence Easterly along the center
line of said County Road to the East line of said West %2 of the Northeast 1/4; thence South
along said East line to the point of beginning.
