ORDINANCE NO. 2010-11
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 21 (ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE CITY CODE TO
CLASSIFY CERTAIN LAND LOCATED EAST OF 5550 VICKSBURG LANE (2010043)
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS:
Section 1. Amendment of Cites. Chapter 21 of the City Code of the City of
Plymouth, Minnesota, is hereby amended by changing the classification on the City of Plymouth
Zoning Map from FRD (future restricted development) to RSF-2 (single family detached 2) with
respect to the 40 -acre parcel, presently legally described as follows:
The Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 4, Township 118,
Range 22, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
Section 2. Effective Date. This amendment shall take effect immediately upon its
passage.
APPROVED by the Mayor and City Council on July 13, 2010.
