RESOLUTION No. 2014-310
A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE A LEASE WITH VERIZON WIRELESS LLC,
TO HAVE COMMUNICATION EQUIPMENT ON A MONO POLE AND GROUND
LOCATED AT 10795 OLD CO. RD. 15, PLYMOUTH MN 55441
WHEREAS, the City Council has previously adopted a policy statement regarding the use of City
owned land for wireless telecommunication antennas and towers; and
WHEREAS, the City received a request from Verizon Wireless LLC to lease space on a mono pole with
limited ground space for communication equipment located at 10795 Old Co Rd 15; and
WHEREAS, an agreement (lease) has been reviewed and approved by the City Attorney which would
allow Verizon Wireless LLC to have communication equipment on a mono pole and limited ground
equipment in La Compte Park, 10795 Old Co Rd 15, Plymouth MN 55441.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BYTHE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Mayor and City Manager are authorized to enter into the agreement with Verizon
Wireless LLC to mounted communication equipment on an existing mono pole and limited ground equipment
in La Compte Park located at 10795 Old Co Rd 15, Plymouth MN 55441.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that in accordance with the City adopted policy, one-half of these funds
would go to the Park Replacement Fund, and one-half to the General Fund
