ORDINANCE NO. 2010-09
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 10
OF THE PLYMOUTH CITY CODE
CONCERNING PARK FACILITIES FEES
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Section 1016- Subd. 5 of the Plymouth City Code is hereby amended as
follows:
a) $355 plus tax for Plymouth Residents and Plymouth Non -Profit Groups
b) $410 plus tax for Plymouth Corporations
b) $475 plus tax for Non -Residents
(Ord. 2007-20, 7/24/2007; Ord. 2009-10, 6/23/2009)
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be effective upon passage.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota this 13th day of July,
2010.
