ORDINANCE NO. 2010-04
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 21 (ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE CITY CODE TO
CLASSIFY CERTAIN LAND LOCATED AT 13905 COUNTY ROAD 6 (2010024)
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS:
Section 1. Amendment of Cites. Chapter 21 of the City Code of the City of
Plymouth, Minnesota, is hereby amended by changing the classification on the City of Plymouth
Zoning Map from I-2 (General Industrial) to PUD (Planned Unit Development) for property
legally described as follows:
That part of Lot 1, Block 1, MINNEAPOLIS INDUSTRIAL PARK 6TH ADDITION,
which lies northerly, westerly and southerly of the following described line:
Beginning at the most westerly corner of said Lot 1; thence North 06 degrees 08 minutes
12 seconds East along the westerly line of said Lot 1 a distance of 44.73 feet; thence
North 11 degrees 50 minutes 52 seconds East, along said westerly line a distance of
192.47 feet; thence North 59 degrees 53 minutes 30 seconds East along said westerly line
a distance of 43.30 feet; thence northeasterly along said westerly line a distance of 75.70
feet along a nontangential curve concave to the southeast having a radius of 1357.39 feet,
chord bearing of North 23 degrees 14 minutes 21 seconds East and a central angle of 03
degrees 11 minutes 43 seconds to the point of beginning of the line to be described;
thence South 57 degrees 58 minutes 03 seconds East a distance of 119.15 feet; thence
North 61 degrees 47 minutes 19 seconds East a distance of 124.96 feet; thence North 31
degrees 56 minutes 34 seconds East a distance of 116.48 feet; thence North 20 degrees 28
minutes 59 seconds East a distance of 33.79 feet; thence North 88 degrees 29 minutes 59
seconds East a distance of 103.47 feet; thence North 01 degrees 30 minutes 01 seconds
West a distance of 154.32 feet; thence South 88 degrees 29 minutes 59 seconds West a
distance of 223.04 feet to the westerly line of said Lot 1 and there said line terminating.
Section 2. Amendment of City Code. Chapter 21 of the City Code of the City of
Plymouth, Minnesota, adopted December 18, 1996 as amended, is hereby amended to add
Section 21655.49 — Carlson Daycare PUD, as follows:

21655.49 CARLSON DAYCARE:
Subd. 1. Legal Description. This PUD is currently legally described as follows:

Subd. 2. Incorporated herein by reference are the Carlson Daycare PUD plans
received by the City on March 22, 2010, except as may be amended by City Council Resolution
2010-112, on file in the Office of the Zoning Administrator under File 2010024.
Subd. 3. Allowable Uses. The allowable uses are any permitted, interim or
accessory uses allowed in the I-2 district and a daycare as a principal use.
All of the uses listed above shall be considered "permitted" in the PUD, provided they comply
with all the development standards and conditions approved by City Council Resolution 2010-
112, on file in the Office of the Zoning Administrator under File 2010024.
Subd. 4. Development Standards. Development standards shall be as indicated on
the PUD general plan approved by City Council Resolution 2010-112, on file in the Office of the
Zoning Administrator under File 2010024.

Section 3. Effective Date. This amendment shall take effect immediately upon its
passage.
