ORDINANCE NO. 2009-19
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 10
OF THE PLYMOUTH CITY CODE
CONCERNING FIREWORKS DISPLAY PERMITS
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Section 1015 of the Plymouth City Code is hereby amended as follows:
1015.21 Other Permit Fees and Charges. The fees and charges for other activities requiring
a permit under this Code are set by this Subsection under the following headings:

Reinspection fees may be assessed
when the inspection record card is not
posted or otherwise available on the
work site, the approved plans are not
readily available to the inspector, for
failure to provide access on the date for
which inspection is requested, or for
deviating from plans requiring the
approval of the Building Official.
