ORDINANCE NO. 2014-27
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 21 (ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE CITY CODE TO
AMEND SECTION 21655.40 (THE VILLAS AT BASS LAKE CREEK PUD) (2014061
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS:
Section 1. Amendment of City Code. Chapter 21 of the city code of the City of
Plymouth, Minnesota, is hereby amended to revise section 21655.40 (Villas at Bass Lake Creek
PUD), as follows:
21655.40 THE VILLAGE AT BASS LAKE PUD:
Subd. 1. Legal Description. This PUD is currently legally described as referenced
in Resolution 2014-297 on file in the Office of the Zoning Administrator under File 2014061.
Subd. 2. Incorporated herein by reference are the The Village at Bass Lake plans
received by the city on June 25 and August 12, 2014, except as may be amended by City Council
Resolution 2014-298, on file in the Office of the Zoning Administrator under File 2014061.
Subd. 3. Allowable Uses.
The allowable uses shall include single-family detached homes and those uses listed as accessory
uses in the RMF -2 district that are incidental and customary to single-family homes, provided
they comply with all the development standards and conditions approved by City Council
Resolution 2014- 298, on file in the Office of the Zoning Administrator under File 2014061.
Subd. 4. Development Standards. Development standards shall be as approved on
the PUD general plan approved by City Council Resolution 2014-297, on file in the Office of the
Zoning Administrator under File 2014061.
Section 2. Effective Date. This amendment shall take effect immediately upon its
passage.
