AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 21 ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE CITY CODE TO
CLASSIFY CERTAIN LAND LOCATED AT 5815 JUNEAU LANE (2014037)
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS:
Section 1. Amendment of City Code. Chapter 21 of the city code of the City of Plymouth,
Minnesota, is hereby amended by changing the classification on the City of Plymouth Zoning
Map from FRD (future restricted development) to RSF-3 (single-family 3) for property described
as Lot 2, Block 1, Hampton Glen Addition, according to the recorded plat thereof, Hennepin
County, Minnesota.
Section 2. Effective Date. This amendment shall take effect immediately upon its passage.
