ORDINANCE No. 2009-06
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER IV
OF THE PLYMOUTH CITY CODE
CONCERNING BUILDING CONSTRUCTION REGULATIONS
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Section 400.01 of the Plymouth City Code is amended as follows:
400.01 Building Code. The Minnesota State Building Code, established pursuant to
Minnesota Statutes 326B is hereby adopted as the building code for the City of Plymouth. The
code is hereby inco orated as completely as if fully set out herein.
A. The Minnesota State Building Code includes the following chapters of Minnesota

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be effective on June 1, 2009.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota this 120' day of May,
2009.
