RESOLUTION No. 2014-300
A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE THE 2015 BUDGETS
WHEREAS, in 2007, the Plymouth City Council directed staff to implement a biennial budget
cycle with a proposed current budget year and an in concept budget proposal; and
WHEREAS, the 2015 budget reflects the second year of the 2014/2015 biennial budget; and
WHEREAS, 2015 budget resolution and the accompanying proposed 2015 tax levies
contained in Resolution No. 2014 -_ are submitted by the city in accordance with Minnesota
Statutes and other applicable laws in effect on this date; and
WHEREAS, the City Council concurs on the 2015 Plymouth Housing and Redevelopment
Authority budgets in the amount of $4,239,562.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BYTHE MAYOR AND CITYCOUNCILOF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the proposed 2015 operating budgets for the following funds are hereby given
approval.

NOW, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City council declares its intent to take all necessary
actions legally permissible to the submission and approval of the City's budget and property tax
levies.
