RESOLUTION No. 2014-281
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FILLING OF WETLANDS
AND THE WETLAND REPLACEMENT APPLICATION FOR THE
PLYMOUTH PRESERVE ADDITION (2014010)
NW 1/4 SECTION 9, T1 18N, R22W
WHEREAS, Manley Development is proposing to fill wetlands with the proposed Plymouth
Preserve Addition, a 26 unit single family residential development; and
WHEREAS, a replacement plan application was prepared replacing the wetland at a
minimum 2:1 ratio as required by the Wetland Conservation Act; and
WHEREAS, wetland mitigation for the Plymouth Preserve Addition shall be in the form
of 7,250 square feet (0.166 acres) of wetland bank credits; and
WHEREAS, the replacement plan meets the requirements of the Wetland Conservation Act.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the filling of wetlands and the Wetland Replacement Plan Application for the
Plymouth Preserve Addition is hereby approved and subject to the following conditions:
Prior to disturbing any wetland area, the developer shall submit a fully executed
Application for Withdrawal of Wetland Credits from the Minnesota Wetland Bank.
