RESOLUTION No. 2014-277
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ON -SALE WINE AND 3.2 LIQUOR
LICENSES FOR TEA HOUSE PLYMOUTH, INC., D/B/A TEA HOUSE
CHINESE RESTAURANT, 88 NATHAN LANE
WHEREAS, the City has received an application for on -sale wine and 3.2 liquor licenses from Tea House
Plymouth, Inc., d/b/a Tea House Chinese Restaurant, 88 Nathan Lane; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has paid all fees and provided all required insurance certificates; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has conducted a public hearing and finds no reason to deny the applications,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA
that the on -sale wine and 3.2 liquor licenses are hereby approved for Tea House Plymouth, Inc., d/b/a Tea House
Chinese Restaurant, 88 Nathan Lane.. The liquor licenses are issued for the period through January 31, 2015.
Approved this 26th day of August, 2014.
