HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 2014-264CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION No. 2014-264 RESOLUTION APPROVING AN ENCROACHMENT AGREEMENT FOR A PATIO WITHIN A DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT ON LOT 2, BLOCK 3, KINGSWOOD FARM 125 INLAND LANE N. WHEREAS, property owners, Teresa Tembreull and Bruce Overlid, requested the City to approve an encroachment agreement allowing a patio within a drainage and utility easement at 125 Inland Lane North; and WHEREAS, the encroachment agreement permits only the patio within the easement and all related facilities must still meet all applicable City codes; and WHEREAS, the owners property is legally described as Lot 2, Block 3, Kingswood Farm, Hennepin County, Minnesota. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized to sign, on behalf of the City Plymouth, the encroachment agreement that will allow the patio in a drainage and utility easement.
