RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT REGARDING COST SHARING FOR CERTAIN
IMPROVEMENTS BETWEEN HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION AND
CITY OF PLYMOUTH WITH DEERHAVEN HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION
WHEREAS, a retaining wall in need of replacement is located north of 57th Avenue and west of
Zachary Lane, and is partially on City property and partially on private property owned by the Deerhaven
Homeowners Association; and
WHEREAS, City staff has prepared plans and specifications, and received bids for the
replacement of the retaining wall; and
WHEREAS, on August 4, 2014, the Deerhaven Homeowners Association submitted a signed
Agreement Regarding Cost Sharing for the portion of the retaining wall located on their property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BYTHE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA approving the Agreement Regarding Cost Sharing of Certain Improvements
between Homeowner's Association and City of Plymouth with the Deerhaven Homeowner's Association
and the Mayor and City Manager are authorized to sign the agreement on behalf of the City.
