RESOLUTION 2012-231
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY MANAGER TO
EXECUTE AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE DEVELOPMENT
CONTRACT FOR HAMPTON HILLS SOUTH PLATEAU (2011097-F)
WHEREAS, Hampton Hills Investment, LLC has requested Amendment No. 1 to the
development contract for "Hampton Hills South Plateau" for property presently legally described
as follows:
Lots 1-11, Block 1, Lots 1-10, Block 2, Lots 1-11, Block 3, and Outlots A -D,
Hampton Hills South Plateau, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
WHEREAS, the City Council approved the final plat and development contract for
Hampton Hills South Plateau on April 10, 2012; and
WHEREAS, the development contract was recorded with the County Recorder on July 5,
2012, as Document No. A9808271; and
WHEREAS, Amendment No. 1 would change Section 12 of the development contract in
order to change the deadline for completion of public improvements from November 30, 2012 to
November 30, 2013.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does
authorize the Mayor and City Manager to execute Amendment No. 1 to the development contract
for Hampton Hills South Plateau.
