A RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE "NO PARKING"
PLYMOUTH BLVD. MILL AND OVERLAY PROJECT
CITY PROJECT NO. 12006
WHEREAS, Plymouth Blvd., from Highway 55 to 34th Avenue N (west of
Plymouth Blvd.) and Plymouth Blvd., from 37th Avenue N to Rockford Road are
four lane divided roadways that do not have adequate room to provide for on street
parking, and that no City Council Resolution can be found to allow for enforcement
of "No Parking" on these sections of roadway; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the recommended "No Parking"
areas are needed to serve the immediate area.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it hereby,
authorizes the installation of "No Parking" signs on Plymouth Blvd., from Highway
55 to 30h Avenue N (west of Plymouth Blvd.) and on Plymouth Blvd., from 37th
Avenue N to Rockford Road.
