RESOLUTION NO. 2012-227
A RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT FOR THE
PLYMOUTH BLVD. MILL AND OVERLAY PROJECT
CITY PROJECT NO. 12006
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted a resolution on the 8th day of May, 2012,
which fixed a date for a council hearing on the proposed improvement of the Plymouth
Blvd. Mill and Overlay Project, City Project No. 12006, including Plymouth Blvd, from
State Highway 55 to Rockford Road by resurfacing of streets by mill and overlay and
replacement of concrete curb and gutter and all necessary appurtenances; and
WHEREAS, ten days mailed notice and two weeks published notice of the
hearing was given, and the hearing was held thereon the 10th day of July, 2012, at which
all persons desiring to be heard will be given an opportunity to be heard thereon.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Plymouth City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota:
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution
adopted July 24, 2012.
2. The city council declares its official intent to reimburse itself for the costs of
the improvement from the proceeds of the tax exempt bond.
