HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 2012-224CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION No. 2012-224 A RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT FOR THE REVERE LANE/6T" AVENUE/KILMER LANE MILL AND OVERLAY PROJECT CITY PROJECT NO. 12005 WHEREAS, the City Council adopted a resolution on the 22th day of May, 2012, which fixed a date for a council hearing on the proposed improvement of Revere Lane, 6t1' Avenue and Kilmer Lane by the milling and overlaying of bituminous streets, concrete curb and gutter repair, storm sewer stricture repair, pedestrian curb ramps as needed, traffic signal loop detectors as needed and all necessary appurtenances; and WHEREAS, ten days mailed notice and two weeks published notice of the hearing was given, and the hearing was held thereon the 24th day of July, 2012, at which all persons desiring to be heard will be given an opportunity to be heard thereon. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUTH CIY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted July 24, 2012. 2. The City Council declares its official intent to reimburse itself for the costs of the improvement from the proceeds of the tax exempt bond. Approved this 24th day of July, 2012.
