RESOLUTION NO. 2012-222
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ON -SALE LIQUOR AND SUNDAY
INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSES FOR FLYING SWINE, LLC,
D/B/A EAT SHOP, 16605 COUNTY ROAD 24
WHEREAS, the City has received an application for on -sale and Sunday intoxicating
liquor licenses from Flying Swine, LLC, d/b/a Eat Shop, 16605 County Road 24; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has paid all fees and provided all required insurance
certificates; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has conducted a public hearing and finds no reason to deny
the application.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the on -sale and Sunday intoxicating liquor
licenses are hereby approved for Flying Swine, LLC, d/b/a Eat Shop, 16605 County Road 24.
The liquor licenses are issued for the period August 1, 2012 through January 31, 2013.
