RESOLUTION No. 2012-216
A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE
NOT TO EXCEED AMOUNTS FOR
2013 WATERSHED ASSESSMENTS
WHEREAS, the Bassett Creek, Elm Creek, and Shingle Creek Watershed Management
Commissions have submitted their proposed 2013 budgets to the City of Plymouth; and
WHEREAS, the proposed 2013 member assessments for the City of Plymouth are $252,671.00
for Bassett Creek Watershed, $12,912.58 for the Elm Creek Watershed, and $49,583.00 for the Shingle
Creek Watershed; and
WHEREAS, the Joint Powers Agreements stipulate that objections to the proposed budgets must
be received by the watershed no later than August 1, 2012 for the Bassett Creek and Shingle Creek
Watersheds and August 15, 2012 for the Elm Creek Watershed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The City of Plymouth approves the following not to exceed amounts for 2013 watershed
assessments:
