RESOLUTION No. 2012-203
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ON -SALE LIQUOR AND SUNDAY
INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSES FOR NORISH ENTERPRISES, LLC,
D/B/A GRIZZLY'S WOOD FIRED GRILL,
220 CARLSON PARKWAY N
WHEREAS, the City has received an application for on -sale and Sunday intoxicating
liquor licenses from Norish Enterprises, LLC, D/B/A Grizzly's Wood Fired Grill, 220 Carlson
Parkway N; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has paid all fees and provided all required insurance
certificates; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has conducted a public hearing and finds no reason to deny
the application.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the on -sale and Sunday intoxicating liquor
licenses are hereby approved for Norish Enterprises, LLC, D/B/A Grizzly's Wood Fired Grill,
220 Carlson Parkway N. The liquor licenses are issued for the period July 11, 2012 through
January 31, 2013.
