RESOLUTION No. 2014-241
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TERMINATION AND RELEASE OF
EASEMENT AGREEMENT WITHIN
LOTS 2 AND 3, BLOCK 1, EPIPHANY SECOND ADDITION
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 2014-223 was adopted on June 24, 2014, vacating an
Ingress/Egress and Rain Garden Easement within Lots 2 and 3, Block 1, Epiphany Second Addition; and
WHEREAS, the property owners are requesting a Termination and Release of Easement
Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: the Mayor and City Manager are authorized to sign the Termination and
Release of Easement Agreement on behalf of the City.
