RESOLUTION No. 2014-240
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FILLING OF WETLANDS
AND THE WETLAND REPLACEMENT PLAN APPLICATION FOR
SERENITY ON THE GREENWAY (2014018)
SECTION 5, T1 18N, R22W
WHEREAS, Serenity on the Green, Inc. is proposing to fill wetlands with the proposed Serenity
on the Greenway Addition, a 60 unit single family residential development; and
WHEREAS, a replacement plan application was prepared replacing the wetland at a
minimum 3:1 ratio as required by the Wetland Conservation Act; and
WHEREAS, wetland mitigation for the Serenity on the Greenway Addition shall be in the
form of 1,103 square feet of wetland creation credits from the Wood Crest Development, 4,392
square feet of wetland buffer credits from the Wood Crest Development, and 2,350 square feet
of wetland bank credits from State Bank #1518; and
WHEREAS the Replacement Plan meets the requirements of the Wetland Conservation Act.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the filling of wetlands and the Replacement Plan Application for the Serenity on the
Greenway Addition is hereby approved and subject to the following conditions:
Prior to disturbing any wetland area, the developer shall submit a fully executed
Application for Withdrawal of Wetland Credits from the Minnesota Wetland Bank.
