RESOLUTION No. 2014-233
A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE THE JOINT POWERS AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH AND THE CITY OF MEDINA FOR BROCKTON LANE FROM COUNTY
ROAD 24 TO THE SOUTHERLY LIMITS NEAR 24TH AVENUE (14016)
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth and the City of Medina wish to jointly edge mill and overlay
Brockton Lane from County Road 24 to the southerly limits near 24th Avenue; and
WHEREAS, a Joint Powers Agreement has been prepared in which each city will be allocated
costs relevant costs attributable to that city.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. The Joint Powers Agreement for the Edge Mill and Overlay of Brockton Lane from
County Road 24 and the southerly limits near 24th Avenue is hereby approved, and
the Mayor and City Manager are authorized to sign the agreement on behalf of the
City.
