HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 2012-183CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION No. 2012-183 A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE ENCROACHMENT AGREEMENT FOR A GARAGE WALL SUPPORT STRUCTURE WITHIN A DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT IN LOT 4, BLOCK 6, HARRISON HILLS 2ND ADDITION AT 5415 XIMINES LANE NORTH WHEREAS, property owners, Greg and Heidi Rose, requested the City to approve an encroachment agreement allowing three garage wall support strictures to be constricted within drainage and utility easement at 5415 Ximines Avenue North; and WHEREAS, the encroachment agreement permits only the proposed support strictures within the easement and all related facilities must still meet all applicable City codes; and WHEREAS, the owners property is legally described as Lot 4, Block 6, Harrison Hills 2nd Addition. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized to sign, on behalf of the City of Plymouth, the encroachment agreement that will allow the proposed garage wall support structures in a drainage and utility easement. Approved this 26th day of June, 2012.
