RESOLUTION No. 2012-168
AUTHORIZING THE INSTALLATION OF "NO PARKING" SIGNS ON
REVERE LANE, 6T" AVENUE AND KILMER LANE
CITY PROJECT NO. 12005
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth will undertake the improvement of Revere Lane
between T.H. 55 to approximately 994 feet north of T.H. 55, 6t1' Avenue between Revere Lane
and Kilmer Lane and Kilmer Lane between 6t1' Avenue and 13th Avenue; and
WHEREAS, it is a requirement of the Office of State Aid that parking be restricted on
both sides of Revere Lane between T.H. 55 to approximately 994 feet north of T.H. 55, 6th
Avenue between Revere Lane and Kilmer Lane and Kilmer Lane between 6th Avenue and 13th
Avenue.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the Director of Public Works is hereby
authorized to install "No Parking" signs on both sides of Revere Lane between T.H. 55 to
approximately 994 feet north of T.H. 55, 6th Avenue between Revere Lane and Kilmer Lane and
Kilmer Lane between 6th Avenue and 13th Avenue.
