RESOLUTION No. 2014-207
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE SANITARY SEWER PLAN

WHEREAS, Pulte Homes of Minnesota has intiated a sanitary sewer plan amendment to amend
the Development Staging Plan (Figure 9-2); and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called public hearing
and recommends approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request initiated by Pulte Homes of
Minnesota to amend the Sanitary Sewer Plan, based on the following findings:
The amendment to the Sanitary Sewer Plan figure 9-2 (Development Staging Plan) would allow all the
"D" areas to be developed by 2025 to reflect changing market conditions and the capacity of the Elm
Creek Interceptor.
FURTHER, approval of the amendment is contingent upon, and subject to, the required review
and response by the Metropolitan Council.
