RESOLUTION No. 2014-195
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE JOINT POWERS AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY OF
MINNEAPOLIS FOR SECURITY SURROUNDING THE
2014 MAJOR LEAGUE BASEBALL ALL STAR GAME
WHEREAS, The City of Minneapolis was awarded the 2014 Major League Baseball All-
Star Game; and
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Police Department has been requested to assist with security for this
event through a joint powers agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the Joint Powers Agreement with the City of Minneapolis is hereby approved.
APPROVED this 10th day of June, 2014.
