RESOLUTION No. 2014-190
A RESOLUTION CONTINUTING SERVICES LEVELS AT
STATION 73 FOR ROUTES TO DOWNTOWN MINNEAPOLIS
WHEREAS, Plymouth Metrolink helps to mitigate congestion and provide service
to those who are transit dependent; and
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth increased frequency of service at Station 73
during rush hour to industry standards of departures every fifteen minutes; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed ridership data, Station 73 utilization,
and rider satisfaction as part of this increase in service; and
WHEREAS, this improved frequency of service has resulted in increased usage at
Station 73, and increased ridership at Station 73.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that continuation of service levels at Station 73 for
routes to downtown Minneapolis is hereby approved.
