RESOLUTION No. 2012-155
A RESOLUTION APPROVING SUMMARY PUBLICATION
OF AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 940, 10151
1017, AND 1018 OF THE CITY CODE
WHEREAS, on May 8, 2012, the City Council adopted Ordinance No.
2012-17 that Amends Sections 940, 1015, 1017, and 1018 of the City Code; and
WHEREAS, this resolution allows the summary publication of said
ordinance; and
WHEREAS, a printed copy of this ordinance is available for inspection at the City
Clerk's Office during regular office hours.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL that
the Resolution Approving Summary Publication of Ordinance 2012-17, an
Ordinance Amending Sections 940, 1015, 1017, and 1018 of the City Code is
hereby approved.
