ORDINANCE NO. 2014-16
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 21 (ZONING ORDINANCE) OF
THE CITY CODE TO CLASSIFY CERTAIN LAND LOCATED AT
56002 5630, and 5700 Dunkirk Lane (2014018)
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS:
Section 1. Amendment of City Code. Chapter 21 of the City Code of the City of
Plymouth, Minnesota, is hereby amended by changing the classification on the City of Plymouth
Zoning Map from FRD (future restricted development) to RSF-3 (single family detached 3) with
respect to the roughly 30 -acre parcel presently legally described as follows:
The South Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 5,
Township 118, Range 22, West of the 5th Principal Meridian, Hennepin County,
Minnesota.
AND
The North Half of the South Half of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast
Quarter of Section 5, Township 118, Range 22, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
AND
The South Half of the North Half of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast
Quarter of Section 5, Township 118, Range 22, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
Section 2. Effective Date. This amendment shall take effect immediately upon its
passage.
ADOPTED by the Plymouth City Council on May 27, 2014.
