RESOLUTION No. 2014-169
A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE AGREEMENT N0. Pw 57-17-13
WITH HENNEPIN COUNTY
FOR PEONY LANE NORTH OF SCHMIDT LAKE ROAD (100 15)
WHEREAS, the County and the City have been negotiating to bring about improvements
to the intersection of Lawndale Lane and CR 47; and
WHEREAS, the aforedescribed roadway improvements are all to be accomplished under
Hennepin County Project No. (C.P.) 1318 (State Aid Project No. 155-153-003/189-106-010) and
City Project No. 10015, hereinafter referred to as the "Project"; and
WHEREAS, the City has developed the detail plans for the Project and anticipates
starting construction of same during the spring of calendar year 2014; and
WHEREAS, a cooperative agreement specifying the responsibilities of each party on the
project has been developed and negotiated.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. Agreement No. PW 57-17-13 is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City
Manager are hereby authorized to sign the agreement on behalf of the City.
