RESOLUTION No. 2012-134
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZATION FOR THE PLYMOUTH POLICE DEPARTMENT
TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACTUAL GRANT AGREEMENT WITH THE MINNESOTA
DIVISION OF HOMELAND SECURITY AND EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT
WHEREAS, The City of Plymouth has placed former Police Sergeant Robert Nesbitt in
the Minnesota Joint Analysis Center, where he has worked as a contract employee since July of
2005; and
WHEREAS, the allotted amount of $28,850 will be dispersed to Mr. Nesbitt during the
grant agreement term of January 1, 2012 through December 31, 2013 for his contractual services.
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth will be compensated for all costs associated with this
grant.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA are hereby authorized to accept the grant and enter
into an agreement with the Minnesota Department of Public Safety, Division of Homeland
Security and Emergency Management for the project entitled Minnesota Joint Analysis Center
for a period to expire on December 31, 2013.
