HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 2012-132CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION No. 2012-132 A RESOLUTION APPROVING FINDINGS OF FACT FOR A ZONING ORDINANCE TEXT AMENDMENT RELATING TO THE DEFINITION FOR FARM ANIMALS (2012019) WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth initiated an amendment relating to the definition of farm animals; and WHEREAS, the amendment would clarify that potbelly pigs are farm animals as defined by the zoning ordinance; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the proposed text amendment at a duly called public hearing. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the zoning ordinance text amendment, based upon the finding that the proposed amendment would be consistent with the city's comprehensive plan, and with all other ordinances and regulations. ADOPTED by the Plymouth City Council on April 24, 2012. STATE OF MINNESOTA) COUNTY OF HENNEPIN) SS.
