Home My WebLink AboutCity Council Resolution 2012-106CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION No. 2012-106 A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE THE ON -SALE WINE LICENSE FOR UCHU L.L.C., d/b/a Uchu Peruvian Cuisine, 4130 Berkshire Lane North, Suite B WHEREAS, the City has received an application for on -sale wine license from UCHU L.L.C., d/b/a UCHU PERUVIAN CUISINE, 4130 Berkshire Lane North, Suite B; and WHEREAS, the applicant has paid all fees and provided all required insurance certificates; and WHEREAS, the City Council has conducted a public hearing and finds no reason to deny the application. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the on -sale wine license is hereby approved for UCHU L.L.C., d/b/a UCHU PERUVIAN CUISINE, 4130 Berkshire Lane North, Suite B. The liquor license is issued for the period through January 31, 2013. Approved this 27t1' day of March, 2012.
