RESOLUTION 2012-102
APPROVING FINDINGS OF FACT FOR ZONING ORDINANCE TEXT AMENDMENTS TO
SECTIONS 21 1 55 AND 21650 TO AMEND REQUIREMENTS FOR SCOREBOARDS IN
THE P -I (PUBLIC INSTITUTIONAL) DISTRICT (201201 3)
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has requested amendments to regulations for
scoreboards in the P -I zoning district and sign regulations; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the proposed text
amendments at a duly called public hearing and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve
the zoning ordinance text amendments, based upon the finding that the proposed
amendments would be consistent with the city's comprehensive plan and with the city's
ordinances and policies.
