RESOLUTION NO. 2012-087
A RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT A DONATION OF A KUSTOM PRO LASER 3
FROM THE OFFICE OF TRAFFIC SAFETY
WHEREAS, the Police Department participates in Safe and Sober
Campaign; and
WHEREAS, due to high levels of performance when working the Safe and
Sober Campaign, the Police Department has been awarded a Kustom Pro
Laser 3 from the Office of Traffic Safety.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the donation be
accepted with thanks.
