HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 2012-080CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION NO. 2012-080 A RESOLUTION APPROVING A PRELIMINARY AND FINAL PLAT FOR ALLINA HOSPITALS AND CLINICS FOR "WEST SUBURBAN HEALTH CAMPUS THIRD ADDITION " FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 3005 CAMPUS DRIVE (201 1099) WHEREAS, Allina Hospitals and Clinics has requested approval of a preliminary and final plat for the roughly 24 -acre parcel presently legally described as follows: Lot 3, Block 1, West Suburban Health Campus Second Addition, according to the recorded plat thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota; and. WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called public hearing and recommends approval. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request by Allina Hospitals and Clinics for a preliminary and final plat for "West Suburban Health Campus Third Addition", subject to the following conditions: 1. A preliminary and final plat is approved to allow the property located at 3005 Campus Drive to be subdivided to create on additional lot, in accordance with the application and plans received by the city on December 29, 2011 and January 24, 2012, except as may be amended by this resolution. 2. Prior to recording the final plat, the applicant shall submit revised covenants regarding cross access, parking, and utilities and shared maintenance of common property that include the new property. These documents shall be recorded against the property and proof of recording shall be submitted to the city. 3. This approval shall expire two years after the date of approval, unless the applicant has recorded the final plat, or unless the applicant has received prior approval from the city to extend the expiration date for up to one additional year, as regulated under section 512 of city code.
