RESOLUTION No. 2012-073
A RESOLUTION APPROVING ON -SALE LIQUOR AND SUNDAY INTOXICATING
LIQUOR LICENSES FOR BAJA PLYMOUTH, LLC, D/B/A BAJA SOL
TORTILLA GRILL, 10100 6T" AVENUE NORTH, SUITE 102
WHEREAS, the City has received an application for on -sale and Sunday intoxicating
liquor licenses from Baja Plymouth, LLC, D/B/A Baja Sol Tortilla Grill, 10100 6th Avenue
North, Suite 102; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has paid all fees and provided all required insurance
certificates; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has conducted a public hearing and finds no reason to deny
the application.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the applications for on -sale and Sunday
intoxicating liquor licenses are hereby approved for Baja Plymouth, LLC, D/B/A Baja Sol
Tortilla Grill, 10100 6t1' Avenue North, Suite 102. The liquor licenses are issued for the period
April 1, 2012 through January 31, 2013.
