RESOLUTION NO. 2012-067
A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE
THE ENCROACHMENT AGREEMENT FOR A
COMPRESSOR AND ELECTRICAL SERVICE FOR AN
AERATOR IN SCHMIDT LAKE
WHEREAS, the Schmidt Lake Improvement Association has requested the City approve an
encroachment agreement allowing a compressor and electrical service within the Larch Lane right-of-
way; and
WHEREAS, the encroachment agreement requires all facilities to meet applicable City Codes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized to sign,
on behalf of the City of Plymouth, the encroachment agreement that will allow the placement of a
compressor and electrical service for an aerator for Schmidt Lake.
